Our Booking Policy

A deposit is required for all bookings via e-transfer or credit card. For credit cards, we charge a 3.25% service fee.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be used to re-schedule any time prior to 48 hours before the booked event.

Within 48 hours of the booked event, a deposit cannot be used for re-scheduling and will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to substitute entertainers due to unforeseen circumstances, although we will always prioritize providing your top choices of entertainers!
